ReAnimania 3rd international festival will kick off at Moscow Cinema today with the screening of five films.
“125 films from 40 countries of the world will be screened during the festival that will continue through September 19,” founding director of ReAnimania Vrezh Kasuni told reporters today, adding that the geography of the participants has expanded this year.
“For the third time in a row the event has been organized with the financing of the Ministry of Culture, and has its unique place in the cultural life of the capital,” said Sona Harutyunyan, Head of the Cinema and Modern Art Department of the Ministry of Culture.
On the sidelines of the festival expert Max Howard will hold master classes for Armenian and Turkish animators.
Its organizer Gevorg Ter-Gabrielyan believes that under the conditions of absence of diplomatic relations, the language of multiplication can help develop the dialogue on the level of civil societies.
